CIFESAL
CIFESAL is a training and education provider established in Madrid in 1989, with national and international scope. CIFESAL has a permanent staff of 70 workers and several hundreds of associated trainers and consultants. CIFESAL design, organise and run training courses in several areas both for public and private costumers. In the field of language training, CIFESAL provides language courses for public administrations and professional associations in Spain and it has designed professional careers and curricular materials in other Latinamerican countries. CIFESAL acts in virtue of conventions and procurement contracts.
Currently CIFESAL provides language training to some 4.000 students per year, mainly English, including civil servants, unemployed people and adult workers. Many of these courses are organised in the modality of e-Learning. CIFESAL possess its own e-Learning platform.
EUROFORTIS
EuroFortis SIA is a dynamic training consulting and business centre located in Riga, Latvia.
Eurofortis started in 2007 its active participation in European educational projects (Grundtvig, Leonardo da Vinci) mainly joining international partnerships and supporting other national organisations. In these projects, EuroFortis have developed tasks of research, training, pilot testing and dissemination, and ensured the quality thereof.
At this moment Eurofortis SIA is one of few Latvian companies bringing the innovative training methods on Latvian market, offering training courses for companies and the general public including languages. EuroFortis provide also business consultancy both to national and international entreprises, as part of its mission.
LINGUAPOLIS
LINGUAPOLIS represents 20 years of expertise in language education. As an Institute for Language and Communication within the University Antwerp LINGUAPOLIS has the unique opportunity to combine practical expertise with academic quality, using a coherent didactic view and invest in continuous care for quality improvement in the domain of language education, research and testing.
The LINGUAPOLIS concept of Distributed Language Learning (DLL) aims for learner-oriented and competence-oriented language education. Starting from the analysis of the language-learning situation we develop a coherent and high-performing language-learning environment, yielding a sound choice of content materials, tasks, work forms and media.
In the past LINGUAPOLIS has successfully completed projects for several European languages. These included general and specific language use, online and offline applications, adaptive and representative tests, and were aimed at target groups: Primary, Secondary and Higher.
VHS-CHAM
VHS Cham is a registered, non-profit association in Upper Palatinate; it acts on the regional level. The total number of employees is 40 plus about 250 freelancers. VHS Cham provides courses in the field of society, vocation, languages, health culture and special courses. It also offers school leaving exams especially for young disadvantaged people. VHS Cham has a long term experience of course development with the specific focus on language (136 courses per year / 1280 participants per year) and high experience in organising language courses for specific groups: young adults, senior learners, migrants, and people from rural areas and tailored language courses for enterprises and administration. VHS Cham works in several EUwide Development programmes as Joint Initiative EQUAL, Learning Regions – the Development of Networks, Leonardo da Vinci, Grundtvig, Key activities 2.
TEMPO
TEMPO is an educational and training centre for adults and a VET provider, with two branches (Prague and Ostrava) and 3 departments: EU, educational and personal. The European department is responsible for European projects, related to education and training. TEMPO has deep experience in training and has own high-quality lectors and tutors. Thanks to our two branches and contacts with SMEs, national non-governmental organisations, labour offices, universities and national projects partners, TEMPO has developed experiences with the providing of language courses to different target groups of people. We are used to provide the training to the private companies, who would like to improve the language skills of their staff, as well as to the public bodies like regional offices and administrative offices. We are able to offer wide range of courses from basic to advanced in languages like English, German, Russian, Polish and French.
AHE
The Academy of Humanities and Economics in Lodz is the largest non-public education institution in Poland offering studies at 13 departments. The main activities: educational activities (almost 30.000 students) in the form of bachelor, master and post-graduate, scientific research, vocational training, seminar activity, organization of national and international conferences, publishing activity. WSHE is an experienced higher education institution working. It comprises of many faculties of various profiles and many departments. The suggested target groups for this project include: nurses (The Faculty of Nursing), au pairs (The Faculty of Pedagogy), transport workers (The Faculty of Transport), workers of tourism industry and office workers (The Faculty of Management and Marketing). WSHE has been involved in international projects aimed at developing language competencies and skills through designing courses and tools for different target groups like job counsellors, workers and nurses.
